Challenge

The layered bureaucratic structures of large companies made it difficult to reach the right decision-makers. The lack of clear sustainability roles in companies and the fact that environmental strategies had not yet become a priority for every firm in Turkey were delaying investments in innovative recycling solutions.

Solution

We ran a comprehensive market research and automation process to bring the Bean to Green program to wider audiences. Using Google Maps & Web Crawler, we mapped potential partner locations and identified 480 decision-makers. We created content highlighting 'Carbon Emission Savings' customized for each company.

Results

In 4 weeks, meetings were held with 12 companies, and sample stage was reached with 3 firms. Wastespresso's Bean to Green program was connected with corporate giants.
