4Resource Download Forms and Commercial Communications

To access the free content in the Resources section of our website (playbooks, prompt libraries, workbooks), you are asked to share your first name, last name and company email address. By submitting the form you agree with this policy.

  • The information you provide, together with which resources you downloaded, is recorded and used to understand your interests and to introduce content and services relevant to you.
  • Your form details are forwarded to our sales and client relations team as an email notification and stored in our secure database.
  • You may opt out of commercial electronic messages at any time; sending stops as soon as your request reaches us.
  • You may request deletion of your records at any time via info@quandatum.ai.

  • Email infrastructure provider used to notify our team of submissions (Resend)

  • Scheduling tools (only when you book a meeting)

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

7International Transfers

The servers of the infrastructure providers we use (Cloudflare, Resend, Google) may be located abroad. Your data may therefore be transferred internationally in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and the data processing agreements in place with these providers, all of which maintain industry-standard security certifications and GDPR-compliant data processing commitments.

8Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as the processing purpose requires:

  • Contact and resource download records: for a reasonable period to evaluate the business relationship; deleted immediately upon your request
  • Commercial communication permissions: until you exercise your right to opt out
  • Records subject to statutory retention: for the period prescribed by the applicable legislation

At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

9Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, the least-privilege principle and reputable infrastructure providers. No internet transmission is one hundred percent secure; if you suspect a security incident, please let us know.

10Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under applicable data protection legislation, you have the following rights:

  • Right to request information if your data has been processed
  • Right to know the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
  • Right to know third parties to whom your data has been transferred
