Sales CRM Workbook
Lists die in Excel and live in a process: your leads, touches and next steps in one file, driven by formulas. In Turkish.
We ran our own sales on a well-structured Excel CRM for a long time; this file is the product of that experience. Seven interconnected sheets: the scoring weights and follow-up cadence you enter in Settings feed every formula. The Leads sheet is your CRM home screen: next-touch dates are calculated from your cadence, overdue follow-ups turn red, and the week's touch plan builds itself on the Dashboard. Works in Google Sheets too (required anyway if you use GMass).
What is inside?
- Settings: scoring weights, follow-up cadence (3-7-14) and weekly targets
- Raw List: the pool for Maps and AI outputs, with duplicate-company warnings
- Scoring: mark criteria; score, rank and qualification labels come from formulas
- Leads (CRM): person, verification, stage, deal value and touch history in one row
- Next-touch dates calculated automatically; overdue follow-ups turn red
- The 3-7-14 cadence is adjustable in Settings; the file alerts by date
- Call Log: a record of every touch; no more 'what did we last talk about'
- Dashboard: overdue follow-ups, stage distribution, reply rate and pipeline value
Who is it for?
- Anyone who wants a disciplined routine before moving to CRM software
- People who love Excel but do not want to build a sales structure from scratch
- Teams doing personalised bulk sending through Google Sheets with GMass
